Do I have to sign an annual agreement with your company?
At Social Web, we believe that you will be so satisfied with our services that you will never want to leave us. That’s why we do not sign long-term agreements with our customers.
Will a person be appointed to my account?
YES! Each of our clients has access to a dedicated community manager that is accessible anytime from 9am to 5pm on weekdays.
How do I know the performance of the work done?
Your community manager prepares a detailed monthly report that is sent to you so that you can evaluate the actions taken and their impact.
How is the work planned?
At the end of each month, an editorial calendar is submitted for review to give you an idea of the plan. In addition, we call you once a month in order to discover and confirm your needs and objectives for the coming months.
